Yes! Finally after 12 wks of term 1 it's ova! Yay-yah!OMG the 12 wks went so fast, I reckon its due to camp. Well, coming the sad part of my post... A tragedy occured in Auckland about a wk ago. 6 students and 1 teacher from Elim Christian College died on a canyoning trip. The water gushed heavily and the lives of 7 aspiring teenagers were lost. I was really really saddened by this accident. Usually, accidents feel so distant but this time it is so close to me. Elim Christian College is one of the neighbouring college of Macleans and my friend Lisa (not the Tate one the Yoshihama one)use to go to Elim and her friend's sister died in the accident. i just cannot believe that this accident has occured. They should have cancelled the trip seeing the stormy weather in the North Island lately. Well, anymore complaining isn't going to revive these poor teenagers and teacher. I believe that NZers wuld appreciate it greatly if people overseas culd have their own moment of silence for these people.
